MTA provides full agency-specific accounting sub-ledger functionality (A/R, A/P, Bank, Clients, Vendors, etc.) linked to your country-specific General Ledger and localized tax/financial system, via our G/L Update/Export or “GLUE” integration tool. MTA offers the following key features and benefits:

  • Agency-specific accounting, tax, and financial management

  • Client payments/Cash Receipts/Aging & Collections.

We say “model” only so we can call our solution architecture “MAMA” but of course it works for any type of agency — model, talent, artist, etc.

Our agency business architecture is built, delivered, and supported in two versions to accommodate your needs: Full Stack & Short Stack (diagram and details below).

FULL STACK (ABLE+MTA+GLUE)

  • Large Agency / Group — for agencies with higher volume/value and/or international bookings, more robust, complex accounting, filing, and reporting requirements, and/or multiple locations, using the following components:
    • Booking = MTA connects to your system, including Booker, etc.
    • ABLE = Accounting Booking Link Engine, connecting to MTA for subledger accounting.
    • MTA = Model Talent Artist, cloud-based agency accounting and business management system.
    • GLUE = General Ledger Update Export, connecting to your localized ledger.
    • General Ledger = your localized accounting and financial system, which may include:
      • Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (formerly “Navision”)
      • NetSuite, SAP, Intacct, Sage (various), etc.

SHORT STACK (ABLE ONLY)

  • Small Agency / Location — for agencies with moderate volumes, simpler accounting requirements, operating in a single location, using the following components:
    • Booking = MTA connects to your system, including Booker, etc.
    • ABLE = Accounting Booking Link Engine, connecting to your accounting system.
    • Accounting = your localized system, which may include:
      • Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (formerly “Navision”)
      • QuickBooks Online (“QBOL”)
      • NetSuite, Intacct, Sage, etc.
